Monday puts additional focus on Danish developed programmes and new narrative forms.
Monday has appointed a new management in Denmark. CEO Morten Bank resigns his position at the Danish company, but will continue as Group CEO of the Monday Group.
Programme Director Martin Dalgaard takes up the position as new CEO of Monday Denmark, while partner Nicolai Bo Hjeds takes over the position as Programme Director. Palle Strøm has been appointed Development Director and will also join as a partner at Monday.
“For the past years, we have hired many strong programme-people and have invested significantly in development of new programme programmes and new narrative forms. We have come a long way in this regard, and now we want to focus even more energy on our programme activities. Therefore, it is natural for us to put our strongest programme-people at the head of the Danish company. Nicolai and Palle has proven to be a terrific creative duo, and I am excited to take the next step with them and our skilled team of producers,” says CEO Martin Dalgaard.
Martin Dalgaard continues as Group COO of the Monday Group and will continue to work alongside Morten Bank with Nordic business development. “We are well on our way on our journey towards a strong Nordic set-up, and currently we are the only independent production company with activities in all three Nordic countries. In particular, we have succeeded well in Norway, and now we are moving even further on –preferably also to other territories,” says CEO Morten Bank.
